Zoia sending CV or midi envelope follower info to MC6 Pro

I have a Fairfield Conflict of Interest pedal which turns your playing dynamics via an envelope follower into an expression output. I have that going into a control port on my MC6 Pro so I can route that expression to any of my pedals and it is working great.

I also have a Zoia, and it seems like it should be possible for me to recreate this functionality with the Zoia so I can get rid of the Fairfield pedal. Creating a patch with an envelope follower is simple enough but I am stuck on how to best route it with the MC6 Pro. I can send it out of the control port on the Zoia as a CV signal, but I don’t believe the MC6 Pro can accept CV (is that correct?).

Alternatively I can send it via MIDI out to MC6 Pro but I don’t know how to handle it from there. The only approach I have found is possibly using the MIDI message converter which could translate it to the MIDI channel and expression CC input of a pedal. However this is a global setting so any time I want to change what pedal it is going to I would have to open the editor on my laptop.

So am I missing any existing features that would help with this? Could MC6 Pro accept CV? Could the midi converter convert a CC input into an expression signal that would be assignable per bank/selectable with an assign expression command?

You can simulate the four expression pedal inputs using CCs 51, 52, 53, and 54, as shown here in our MIDI implementation chart ( MC6 PRO ) .
