Where is the ML10X Desktop Editor?

I feel like I’m losing my mind. I read the FAQ and Manual and cannot find a link to the Desktop Editor.

You can use the standard desktop editor (https://www.morningstar.io/downloads) and then navigate to the ML10X editor.
