What are all the differences between rev a and rev b / rev-b / revision b?
Does the fact that the newer model has a new processor make is superior?

When I previously asked, it was purely down to a minor change in components, which meant two different versions were required. I’m not aware of any advantages of one over the other.
There are no advantage - it just uses a different processor due to supply issues with the original one. Every other features is the same.
