Just got this brand new ML10X a couple of days ago and I just notice that all off sudden this weird parallel stripes showed up from thin air.
This unit hasn’t left my room nor suffered any impact or clunky power conditions.
It features version 1.2.0 and has been powered by a Truetone CS6 with the 500ma output.
Any clues appreciated.

@james just followed your suggestions and I’ve got super fast answer and uttermost attention from Morningstar support team which shipped a brand new display right on!
I’ve got the display early this week, but just today I could afford some time to get back to work on my pedal board.
As per Morningstar docs I could easily replace myself the display and now it is working like a charm.
Thanks a lot for the great support and great job, couldn’t be happier with the way you guys have helped me on this issue.
Replacement part carefully packed.
