So I’m still struggling with the ML10X. I’ve gotten the dry signal to pass through but the audio from the loops is so low as to be almost useless to me. I can hear the signal but its like 25% of the volume (and this is from a mono series patch). This device seems like it should be straight forward but nothing is operating as it seems it should. I’ve read the manual but it doesn’t address anything like this so I’m asking if it’s obvious what I’m missing.

Check that the ML10X is being powered up via 9V and not USB. USB power will only allow you to connect to the editor and not power the matrix switcher.
Can you share a screenshot of your ML10X preset with me?
I’m assuming you are connecting your instrument to Input Tip and Amp to the Output Tip with a connection like this:
You can test further by using a preset like this:
