Here’s a place everyone can post different ways they’re using the Waveform Generator.
I set up a really easy first try, using a square wave as a chop tremelo on my Strymon NightSky set to a synthy pad on 100% wet. I must say, this is very cool!
I’m using one waveform to alter my Mercury7 modulation depth and another one to alter the modulation rate, but at different speeds, so it has a “random” effect. Currently programming something to do the same with the dimension, filter and modulation on my Polymoon.
I use one-shot sawtooth waves to create fade-out/in volume effects, and continuous sawtooth and triangle waves to move the Loop Start parameter on my TimeFactor, which in conjunction with the minimum Loop Length parameter creates interestingly glitchy granular time-stretch effects.
This is gonna be crazy on the Polymoon!
Crossfading is an excellent and easily implenentable idea.
