Im using and Mc4 and an ML5R. I have a “home page” Bank and another bank that has all my individual loops from the ml5r (Stomp mode) . On the home page i have a bypass all button to bypass all the loops.
The issue is that if i return to the “Stomp mode” banks the Toggles for the individual loops are still in position 2, and were not reset by the bypass all. It doesn’t look like you can use the set toggle function to set the toggle of other banks just the presets of the current bank. Is there any way to achieve a bypass all that also resets the toggle state on another bank?

set up a ‘set toggle’ message in your stompbox bank and trigger that via an 'engage preset ’ message.
