Two copy/paste button pairs - one non functional?

I see two copy/paste button pairs in the editor software. The lower pair are clearly for copy/pasting connections and function that way well. The higher pair, highlighted in red, appear to allow copy/paste of the entire preset but they seem completely non functional for me - no feedback from the app like I see when copy/pasting below, and nothing actually pastes.

I have tried this both in the app and the pure web version.

What am I missing?

The top Copy/Paste button (highlighted in Red) copies the entire preset and pastes it over to the new selected preset.

The bottom copy/paste button copies the routing. If you copy an advanced mode routing then you need to paste it to another preset that is in advanced mode and only the routing will be pasted. Same for a simple preset.
