Turning effects on/off via MIDI?

So I see within the ML10X editor that pedals in each loop can be default on or off when a preset is engaged.

Once a preset is engaged, can that particular loop then be turned off or on via a MIDI message from an MC6 Pro?

These are w/ non-MIDI effects, so I really appreciate the option of reordering them, just wondering if I can turn them off/on or if every possible permutation of that has to be a unique preset?

You can turn individual ML10X loops on/off in Simple presets. With Advanced presets, you will need to create different presets that include/exclude your desired pedals. We explain that and more in these 2 videos:
