I guess this boils down to a simple question - can you have a preset belong to a toggle group and a toggle reset group at the same time?
Hi. That is not possible. You can assign a switch to only either one toggle group or toggle reset group. If you have additional toggle state needs, you can use the Set Toggle message type to help you achieve your desired outcome.
