Can we hope to see these implemented across banks, like Toggle Groups are? Using the Toggle Reset Groups as they are is great for the “multiple presets of one pedal in a single bank” situation, and Toggle Groups are great for the “same pedal staying consistent across banks” situation – but what isn’t addressed in either is a single pedal with multiple presets, and also across multiple banks.
I found a decent workaround using “engage preset” and “set toggle” message types.
One preset in each bank is to be the dedicated “set toggle” preset for the rest of the pedals in the corresponding toggle reset group within that bank.
For the other pedals in that same toggle reset group, you need to add an “engage preset” message to the dedicated “set toggle” preset in the other bank(s) you want to talk to.
For some reason the preset I chose to be the dedicated “set toggle” preset wouldn’t respond to the mass “dis-engage toggle” message, so I had to add another “No Action → Toggle → Position 2” message to correct for that. Is that considered a bug? Or is it just because I’m engaging the preset (technically?)
