Thanks to James and all the folks here for all your help and tips. I have finally found and killed my last ground loop, learnt to solder and tidied up this board a bit, and everything is working perfectly 
I built this board with a friend, it’s very sturdy and maybe a bit heavy but now that I know exactly what I want on the board I think I’ll have to do a redesign soon. I just got a Ventris reverb today to replace the Golden, because everything has to have midi capabilities now haha

That’s an impressive board, are you gigging with this set up on a regular basis or is this mainly a recording rig?
Not gigging with this, more for writing and recording at home
