I have a Del-Verb on the 2.0 Firmware, it receives the CC messages to change knob values, but does not seem to sync to the MIDI clock being sent out (on all channels) by the MC6Pro. I see midi clock sync referenced on the UA site but can’t get exact specifics on syncing.
Has anyone successfully synced a UA pedal to Midi Clock after this new update? I already submitted a ticket with UA support to see as well.
Thanks in advance!
I’m also running into this block. I saw from the video that it’s possible to send midi clock for tap tempo, but it doesn’t seem to be working when I try to set it up. Any tips on how this is configured in the editor?
I figured it out. In “Settings” on the app, the footswitch mode must be set to one of the two options that include “Tap Tempo” on the right, then MIDI clock options appear below it. There you can change it to “Follower” mode to receive the clock from the controller.
How do you have it set in the Morningstar editor?
I first assigned the midi channel in the uafx app, then I hooked it up to USB host port on my MC6Pro. In the morningstar editor, midi channel settings, for that chosen channel, I unchecked all output ports except for USB Host.
Then just have a midi clock start set on the preset or bank, and the flashing light on delverb goes orange to show it’s receiving clock instead of green for tap.
