I came across a little user bug that can be avoided when using song mode on the MC6 and trying to engage the M1 and the R1. I was finding that when I scrolled through song presets ie. Verse, Chorus, etc… the M1 and the R1 were dipping in and out with a noticeable volume swell. this is because I was sending the Engage midi #cc for each button, the way to make it work better is to only engage the pedal on the first preset and then only disengage when needed. if that makes sense to people…
for example, when I change from a verse to a chorus, if the R1 and the M1 don’t change preset, you don’t have to send any MIDI commands, just change drive settings and go. if a pedal needs to be turned off then use the cc message to do that and when you engage a different preset, you’ll need to turn it back on.
