Some newby questions after first use

Hi all,

Hopefully some of you may be able to help me out here on a couple of issues:

  • I have an effect (midi) external effect on/off switch programmed on the lower left button and a (midi) sustain pedal on the bottom right. If the sustain switch is depressed (sustained), the left switch does not send out the control change. Something that I am overlooking here? See below for the preset settings (and one down the Sustain settings). Is it not possible to press two switches at the same time?

  • If I use the sustain switch (CC 64, value 127 pressed or 0 released), the sustain works erratically, sometimes the sustain does not work or it hangs? See below the preset settings.

  • I have been fruitlessly trying to assign an outport to use a mono-jack cable to play/stop a hardware sequencer (in my case a uTrack24). See below for preset and Omniport settings. Any ideas?

Can you post a screen shot of the editor so we can see what you’re trying to do better? Are you trying to hold down a switch and while still holding down, press another switch?

Indeed, I am trying to hold down a switch (which you would normally do to sustain a note/chord) and at the same time switch an effect on or off.
