Remap a message globally - GMPU?

Hello there - I have searched for and not found what I’m after. This was close, but not there.

My GFI Synesthesia settings were a mess. I decided to update all of them in a way that makes better sense for me. Because of that, all of my PCs changed.
I use a song per bank method and I’m hoping there is a way to update “globally” as opposed to going into hundreds of different Presets and changing individual messages.

e.g. PC #1 used to be a “mild dimension C” - that is now PC #3
I have tried changing the message from PC #1 to PC #3, then clicking “Global Message Parameter Update” and then “Match and update action” and lastly hitting “Save Preset” - This didn’t change like I was hoping.

Any thoughts out there? Am I toast? I’m about to rearrange some of the order in my ML5 as well, but I may not if it means individually updating every preset.

I wish there was an easier way to do this right now but I think the best way would be to do an “all banks” back up, open the file in a text editor, find the message that you want to replace and then replace it textually. It might look abit cryptic so if you are facing any issues, just email us the file and let me know what message in what bank and preset you want to update it to.

Thanks @james - it was such an easy solution, staring me in the face the whole time. I was trying to force the issue inside of the editor, instead of thinking outside of the box just a little bit. Thanks again.
