Page and Bank Presets not Working on MC3

Recently purchased a MC3 and am unable to get it to respond to any of the Bank or Page commands when I assign them to a preset. For example, if I assign “Toggle Page” to C on press, it does nothing. Same thing for all the Bank commands I have tried. I even did factory reset and same results. Is this a known bug?

I’m on v3.7.1 and the latest editor.

Are you disconnected from the editor. For commands that aren’t MIDI commands - Page, Bank, etc. - you have to be disconnected.
