No CC Value Scroll as type as type in Bank?

When editing presets one can choose CC Value Scroll as a Type of action.

This is not available when editing a bank - I do not undertsand that - is it an error or by intent?

I would like to set a volume level for the specific song represented by the bank and I keep control of volume leves with a counter.

Try this and see if it works. Program your preset. Then program the bank to trigger that preset on enter. That should do what you are looking for.

Yes it works but I don’t see a reason for having to do that detour?
