New MLX10 Firmware

Hello everyone,

I just recently bought the MLX10. When trying to download the firmware it says the units sold after Sept 2023 require a different firmware labeled rev-b however, I am not able to locate such file.

Am I missing something here? What firmware are the new MLX10 owners using?

The new ML10Xs are loaded with the latest available firmware, so there isn’t a need to update anything at the moment.

Will there be issues/differences going forward with the two different versions of the ML10X? I have one of the originals and checking there won’t be conflicts with future updates :slight_smile:

no difference at all. the hardware is all the same except for the processor. hence, a separate firmware is required, depending on the processor.

Ideally, our firmware updater software should detect the type of device plugged in and automatically download the required firmware… that’s on us to get it done.
