There were several moments of “what the heck am I up to” that I asked myself along the way.
This is for saxophone and bass clarinet live performance. I do all manner of playing with other people (mostly H90) and solo sets with a modular rig and this stuff.
Signal Chain:
Input > Plus Pedal (split wet and dry outputs) > ML10X (tip - dry, ring - wet)
Loop 1 - Sparks
Loop 2 - Blooper (just tip. Ring is unused)
Loop 3 - Matrise CH 1
Loop 4 - Matrise CH 2
Loop 5 - H90
Matrise:
Ch 3 - Mood MKII
Ch 4 - Ribbons
Blooper is generally routed in Matrise Ch 2, with ML10X doing dual mono duties on Blooper’s output. Blooper’s input only receives left channels, which works out mostly fine for my purposes.
I like that I can run H90 and Matrise in parallel and sum them in the ML10X’s final output. I have a signal chain that does this with the dry out from the Plus, and also with dry out to H90, and Plus out to Matrise. Many variations as well.
All my ML10X routing is using the Advanced option in the editor.
Last things to do - route exp with MC6 pro and make a few more patches. I’m loving the message scroll option that lets me create CC changes across several pedals without dealing with program changes all the time. oh yeah, and plug in that OX to the H90 (done since this pic)
The ML10X and MC6 are really amazing tools!
