I have an MC8 Pro and fairly new to what it can do fully and wondered how I would go about setting up a multi toggle just using 1 preset.
My use case is the need to cycle thru a specific CC# while toggling thru different 5 values.
This is one of many articulations of SWAM Audiomodeling instruments
This particular one lets me cycle thru all five with the cc values below.
Multi tier toggle idea
Midi Channel 11
CC number 30
CC value O = choice 0
CC value 40 = choice 1
CC value 50 = choice 2
CC value 75 = choice 3
CC value 100 = choice 4
There are plenty of similar use cases such as the Vibrato type selector for hammond soft synth organ rotary wheel and others within the SWAM instruments.
I already have all the presets allocated on the SWAM Instruments bank for different articulations which is why I am looking for other solutions.

You could use ‘message scroll’ to cycle through any combination of messages.
Enable ‘message scroll’ in the edit preset tab. The preset will then cycle through all messages paired with a ‘release’ action within the preset.
You can add messages to specify the behaviour of the message scroll function. Those can be found under message type/utility/manage message scroll. In general you have to pair those with a ‘press’ action.
Message scroll actions should be release according to the documentation and videos

That is an excellent feature and was exactly what I was looking for and needed.
Now that I’ve know that feature , I will probably downsize Or reevaluate some of my other configurations to reduce preset use in the SWAM AudioModeling Bank.
