Hey! I am taking stereo out from eventide h90 and putting it into the ml10x using the ts/ts to trs connector thats available on the site. The ring input isnt working for me, I’ve tried everything from this post Ring input not working properly - #2 by james but I still cant get it to work, can someone please help me out!?

Just to clarify, are you specifically referring to the Ring Input, or all the Ring Return ports?
If it is the ring input only, it should be related to the Input Split feature which routes/splits the Input Tip to both Tip and Ring routings in simple mode. More info here: Issue routing Input Ring signal in Simple Mode | Morningstar Engineering
Hey! You’ve already tried most of the steps, but start by checking if your TRS cable is wired correctly and that both the tip and ring signals are coming through from the Eventide H90. Make sure the ML10X input is set up for stereo in the editor and not running in mono mode. Try switching cables or testing the ring channel with another device to confirm the signal is reaching it. If everything looks fine and the ring input still doesn’t respond, reaching out to Morningstar support might be the best option since it could be a firmware or hardware issue.
