All of the ML10x connections are TRS (yes?). So how does this work for the very first input, prior to the loops, where a mono signal might be coming from a direct guitar in, a tuner, etc via a 1/4 TS?
This is an incredibly basic question, I know. Didn’t find it in the manual and would appreciate any clarification on this.
Yes, all the audio I/Os on the ML10X are stereo/TRS.
If you plug a TS cable into the input port, that just means you are shorting the Input Ring. That doesn’t matter unless you try to join the Input Ring to your main audio signal ports - that would mean shorting the audio signal to ground.
