I’m having trouble getting keystrokes to work on my Mac. I’ve programmed presets with keystrokes j and l to fast forward and rewind YouTube, but it’s not working. When I open an app like textedit or word, I don’t see any keystrokes when the presets are pushed.
Am I missing something?
I just tested the MC8 with https://keyboardchecker.com/ and had no issues. Here’s my preset:
Can you let us know what firmware version you are using? Check that you are not using the “A” version e.g. v3.8.7A, which disables the keyboard interface
Ok, it’s working fine now. User error, I may have had it in edit mode when I tested.
