MC6Pro Midi Note to Enzo X not working

Hi, the Enzo X is receiving CC Messages from the MC6Pro but Midi Note On / off is not working. What can i do?

If the Enzo X is responding well to all your other CCs/PCs, then i can only see this :

  • The Enzo needs to be set on a patch that is either MONO SYNTH or POLY SYNTH. Any DRY mode will not work with Note on/off as it s not a synth mode.
  • If the ENZO X is Engaged while you send the Note ON message, make sure that you dont have any input from your guitar when you try to send MIDI ON. The Enzo will prioritize the guitar input in such case.
  • However if you want to play guitar ON TOP of the notes that you are sending, it is possible, but the ENZO needs to be Bypassed (it sounds counter intuitive, but it will still produce the notes that you ll be sending it.

To ensure there is no prior note on message stuck and preventing new notes to be sent, i would add a note off all message on press. (and the note on message on release). Or you can manage this via different presets as well.
