Mc6Pro aux switch issue

Hey all i have a Mc6pro with a pedalnetics 3 button switch. It is NOT a ladder resistor switch. I currently have it configured to be the G-H-I switches so i dont have to page up/down.

Now to the issue. I have those switches set to turn on/off loops on my Ml10x. When i press quickly any of these buttons when not in that page it will toggle those loops. If i hold that button for a fraction of a second to long it will continuously toggle on/off those loops.

Am i missing a setting i need to turn on/off?

I have video of the issue i can send to an Admin if needed.

Is this on the latest v3.12.13 firmware? I’m out of office this week but I can check it out as soon as I’m back. Just to confirm, you are using the TRS Aux Switch setting for the Omniports, and not the deprecated Aux Switch setting right?

A quick remedy for now would be to add a delay message type to that preset.

Yes im on v3.12.13 and it is set to TRS aux switch into omniport 4 (this issue is across all ports)

We’re not ready to do a firmware release yet but you can use the firmware below for the fix.

This issue is also present with resister ladder switches in the 3.13.0 beta firmware
