Hey guys - I just got an MC6 Pro but I’m very experienced with midi (I had three KMI Softsteps - the last two broke!) and I’ve really loved using the MC6 - my only issue so far is every time I program a bank jump to my Loopers bank and then disconnect from the editor, the preset seems to forget the setting - I’ve tried deleting it and re-doing it - the preset name on the slot shows up but it won’t save for some reason… doesn’t seem to follow any logical reason why it would do this - that particular button is functioning fine on other banks - anyway just wondering if anyone has any ideas why this is happening - thanks
Which version of the editor are you using i.e. downloadable standalone or the web browser version? If the former, use the latter.
Also, do you have a custom bank sequence configured?
Do you have any Enter Bank or Exit Bank messages configured at the bank level?
Custom bank sequence might be enabled. If enabled, when you are connected to the editor, the custom bank sequence is disabled so you have access to all 127 banks. When you disconnect from the editor, it will follow the custom bank sequence, which might explain the behaviour you’re seeing.
I’ve been using the web based editor via Chrome - next time I get a chance to check this I’ll see if those additional behaviours are checked etc - I’m pretty new to the editor set up etc so could well be something to do with the configuration I hadn’t spotted

Yeah could be - the main issue is it’s not remembering the last programmed setting I saved - seems to work when the editor is still connected but has not saved it once I switch off and on again - will experiment some more to see what might be going on
