I am very new to MIDI, but with the MorningStar the learning curve is much helped. This is my setup, I am still trying to streamline and improve it, as I go along and learn more. The board is a generic one - I added guitar input on side of the board as well as a computer kind of power input to power the board. I also added a power outlet on the side of the board for when I need to power something else. The cable routing I did myself, I cut the patches to size and used Rean Jack plugs. I also control the JHS Morning Glory using the relay output from the MC6 Pro and I routed an external jack socket for the amp channel switching.
Signal chain is: guitar → tuner → ML5 (loop A - compressor, loop B - Morning Glory, loop C - Ikon, loop D - DS2, loop E - delay → reverb) → EQ → Sunset → Iridium → output.
It is, of course, a labor of love, but I’m quite happy with how it turned out. Criticism and ideas are welcome, though
