Happy new year! I’m kicking the tires with v 3.12.1 firmware. Everything looks good so far except for scroll counter display using PC Number Scroll message type. The value never updates on the display as I am scrolling up and down, it only goes to 127 or 0. Happy to provide any more info if needed. Thanks for a great product, as always!
Checking the MIDI monitor, I confirm it will only send 0 or 127, repeating the increment or decrement does not wrap around nor continue to increment / decrement the counter value.

Here’s two sample presets for my Kernom Ridge (one for increment and one for decrement).
Always sends either 0 or 127.

This behavior seems to be occurring with every counter.
This appears to be the firmware I’m on currently:

I’ve just loaded your presets into my MC6 MkII and set counter E like yours and MIDI monitor shows what I’d expect when pressing up and down…
A couple of things to try…

You’re disconnected from the editor, yes? Either click disconnect / unplug USB or set this OFF…

Go into config and change your scroll counter E, save, then change it back to how it should be and save again. Sometimes things in config need a “kick” after f/w updates. For good measure, restart the controller after saving.
If you still see the same behaviour it could well be a bug - I don’t have my Pro to hand to test it with atm!
Also, it didn’t matter for my testing but normally you would want position ‘Both’ instead of position ‘1’. But it worked when set to ‘1’ for me.

@moley6knipe I also have a MC6 MKII on v 3.11.2 firmware, the presets behave as expected there.
@moley6knipe holy shit, you were onto something! I went and clicked Save Settings not having changed anything else in the Scroll Counters section of Controller Settings and now it’s working again. Thanks for the nudge!

Just wanted to say thanks for this. This was driving me insane. I thought I was doing something very wrong as I just got zero every time I tried to increase/decrease.
I update firmware V 3.12.1 => 3.12.6, turned everything off and on over and over. Nothing worked.
I went Controller settings => Scroll Counters, and made a change (defalt setting for the counter I’m interested in) and saved it, and now it all works.
I wish I’d found this post about 3 hours ago!!
