Mc6 Pro Recieve and Send midi clock

I’m new here, and I’ve been working getting my MC6 Pro controlling my Timeline, Volantre, Micrososm, big Sky, Hog 2 and HX effects. I am using a maschine+ that controls other hardware synths and I’m attempting to feed the mc6 pro midi clock from the maschine+ to sync all the time based pedals with its clock. Earlier today as I was setting it all up it was all working fine. Then for some reason out of no where they’ve all stopped receiving the clock. I’ve troubleshot it as best as I can and have gone through tons of different pages and videos. Is there something I’m missing here? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi. Could you please double check your MIDI Thru and MIDI Clock Port settings?

  1. Make sure that DIN5 MIDI In Thru to the ports you want are checked (I’m assuming that is how you are sending Clock from the Maschine+ to the MC6 PRO).

  2. Make sure that all the ports you want to transmit MIDI Clock from are checked.

  3. Check that ‘Ignore MIDI Clock’ is disabled. Controller Settings > General Configuration

I’m trying to send midi clock out from my MC6PRO with the DIN5 OUT but the SPD SX or Ableton I’m sending midi to from doesn’t receive it, or more precisely receives a wrong tempo (100 or 200 bpm, switching from one to the other). I have checked all your troubleshooting advices from your answer above, so I don’t know what to do anymore. Should I uncheck MIDI CLOCK PERSIST or leave it ON ? thanks

Hi,
is there a chance you’ve created a midi loop? Is anything connected to the MC 's midi in?

Hi, I have nothing in the Midi In. I have updated the firmware and it solved the problem! I guess it was a bug in the previous firmware. thanks
