MC6 Pro How to perform midi thru check with editor send SysEx

Need help how to configure MC6 Pro to use the MIDI thru check to send SysEx to test unit. I’m having issues with my windows configuration, the editor does work with USB connection but I can not perform this test successfully.

If I connect C2MIDI Pro to Din 5 input and output and run

So…
Can I send the DIN5 Input to the 3.5mm output, physically jumper the 3.5mm output to the 3.5mm Input that then routes the signal back to the DIN5 output to test the 3.5 mm I/O? @james

If you’re using the C2MIDI Pro as an interface for the MC6 (connected to the DIN5 MIDI IN and OUT ports) to communicate with the editor, and you want to test the 3.5mm MIDI Outputs, then the MIDI Thru settings should be like this:

With a good trs 3.5mm jumper no test success (including USB) on MIDI Thru Check with any setting recommended and the following:

Thanks for the info - assuming the 3.5mm MIDI ports are faulty, can you drop us an email with your order number?

Thanks again and again for your help James. Before I send the email, could you tell me how to get the sysex loop test to work with just USB like I did with Din5? I still think my windows computer is the issue.
