MC6 Pro .... can it Send Out 2 x Different Midi Outs with Different Midi Messages in each?

Hi all !

=> can the MC6 Pro send Midi Out PC and CC messages via the 5-PIN Din and at the same time, send out different Midi Out PC and CC messages via an Omniport ?

=> if yes, is it as simple as setting, say Midi Channel 1 to the 5 Pin Din Midi Out Messages and Midi Channel 2 to the Omniport Midi Out messages ?

Yes and yes.

But on the pedals/ devices that you want to control, you have to set the chanels they listen to correctly. If set correctly, they only listen to messages on that particular channel, so they can also be connected to the same din out from the mc6pro and loop from one pedal to the next using the thru port.

You can set it in the MIDI channel settings in the editor.

In the example below, MIDI Channel 1 will only be sent out on DIN MIDI, while channel 2 will only be sent out via Omniport 1:
