MC6 Pro 3,5 midi out port soldering come loose

The soldering for the midi out 3,5 port on mynMC6 Pro has come somewhat loose, so it’s not working any more.

I’m perfectly comfortable with a soldering iron.

Do you think it would be a good idea Robert soldering it back in place.

I can’t really tell from the photos, but can you see if the pad itself came out, or is it the part detached from the pad (i.e. fixable by resoldering)?

There is a handful of MCs with this issue where the 3.5mm jack come loose, whether its via too much force on the jack or manufacturing issue.

If the pad came loose, then please drop us an email and we’ll get it sorted.

I take it that by the pad came loose you mean the part thats supposed to be on the circuit board?
Took new photo, and it kinda looks like it’s that pad that’s come loose.
