I cant get the preset scroll function to work. I followed the instructions from the video with the moving hands. It just wont work, and I am trying this for days now, with a ventris, and a microcosm just to be sure its not the pedal. Midi channel 2 and or 3 and the counter number set up with the amount of presets from the pedal/s.
I am on a mac monterey 12.5.1
Can you go to Controller Settings >> Scroll Counter and then just make sure the settings there are correct and then click on Save Settings once?
