I am running a small board w/ a MC6 MKII, a HX Stomp and some other effects. I use the MC6 mainly to switch Snapshots on the HX, tap tempo manually and switch some effects on the board. In my new band we’re playing over a click track as well as use midi data from a computer to switch our boards. I’m running the Midi from the computer to the Midi in of my MC6 which then passes those Midi CCs for the HX Stomp to switch snapshots and some other stuff.
We are currently trying to incorporate time based effects into this setup, unfortunately the software we’re running does not support midi clock but only PCs and CCs. Is there a way I can send certain CCs to the MC6 which in turn “converts” that into or sort of emulates a Midi Clock Tap?
