MC6 firmware update not progressing (error? faild?)

Hi,
Now the MC6 does not appear in the Updater and the LCD screen shows only bars.

So I looked up the solution on the forum.
I have tried the following methods, but they do not solve the problem.

Also, the following appears to be the exact same situation.
This content also does not solve the problem.

The progress bar changed to a black and gray display after nothing changed for a while.
However, it will not progress after this

I even disconnected the flexible cable from the base, but it did not solve the problem.

Do you have a solution?

The download log output was as follows

Just to clarify, is this a MC6MK1 or MC6MK2?

Hi.
This is MC6 MK1.

If you remove the backplate, you’ll see a microcontroller mounted on the board. There is a tact button on the controller. While the firmware updater software is open and the controller connected, can you press that button and observe if there are any changes in the software (new device detected etc) and then upload the firmware as per normal?

When the firmware updater software is opened and the controller is connected, pressing the tact button does not change anything in the software.
There was no response.

If you do not click on “DOWNLOAD LOGS,” there appears to be no progress at all.
If you click “DOWNLOAD LOGS”, the progress will be shown in a black bar like the first image I uploaded earlier.

Can you try this earlier version of the firmware updater and let me know if it works for you?

I tried that version.
When I specified the hex file, I got this screen.
I checked the log because the progress bar was not advancing.

There is no particular response when I press and hold the tact button on the board.

Can you try, while the unit is not powered, holding the tact button down, plugging the usb so the unit is powered, then releasing the button and see if the firmware uploader detects the device, then uploading the firmware?

It is possible to connect with the tact button pressed without any problems, and the firmware can be uploaded.
However, it then freezes the same way.

are you using a usb hub? possible to try connecting it directly to the computer, or via another usb port?

Since I already had that information, I tried connecting it to another USB port and also directly to a USB hub, but to no avail.
