Hello,

Wanted to report what I believe to be a bug in 3.14.0 on the MC4 Pro.

When I send a Note Off (ALL) message, my MC4 Pro freezes, and I’m able to recreate it consistently. I’m not able to navigate to different pages or banks in both the editor and the MC4 pro itself. The midi monitor makes it clear that is freezing after the Note Off messages get sent.

It may be a bug, but make sure you don’t have a midi loop. Check/disable all midi in, USB, and Bluetooth…

Not sure if midi monitor will indicate that.

I can confirm that this still happens even with all midi thru options disabled:

What else is connected to it via midi and how?

I just tested this and the MC4 PRO isn’t hanging:

Are there any other messages in that preset? A screenshot or backup file will help so we can try to replicate the issue.

I’m able to recreate the issue with only that message in the preset with nothing connected to the MC4 Pro:

Hi,
I’ve had the same issue with a MC8 pro. A note off all message will hang the controller, but only if clock is running.

I wasn’t able to replicate on the v3.14 and v3.13 firmwares even with MIDI clock running.

Just to be sure, I just published an updated firmware dated today (260914) for the MC4 PRO and MC8 PRO. can you try that and let me know if the issue persists for you?
