[MC4 Pro] Bluetooth Keystrokes?

From the manual: Bluetooth MIDI connection is not the same a typical Bluetooth connection (eg. Bluetooth speakers, keyboard or mouse). As such. the MC4 PRO will not appear in the same place as you would find a typical consumer Bluetooth device. However, connection is still simple after you’ve done it once.

I understand this statement is discussing Bluetooth MIDI. And the connection shows up as a MIDI device, not with the other Bluetooth devices. Yet, my question is… If you’re using the firmware where when connected via USB, it’s a MIDI Device and Keyboard device, do both show up via Bluetooth connections as well?

Keystrokes cannot be sent via Bluetooth MIDI, regardless of which firmware version your controller is running. However, they can be sent via USB if your controller is running the “regular” firmware version (MIDI and Keyboard) i.e. not the “No_Keyboard” version.
