I use M-audio expression pedals with the MC8 Pro. The pedals arrived a few days ago, I’m testing them now. I’ve done the Calibration.
Basically it works well, but there’s something… if I move the expression pedal very slowly, I see in the midi monitor (Ableton) that the cc value does not increase one by one, but “jumps” in small steps. E.g. 0, 4, 6, 10, 13, 14, 16, 20. I’ve tried several settings (sensitivity), but it’s the same with all settings. Anyway, if I use it “normally”, moving it with my foot, e.g. for cutoff, it’s good. If I move the pedal very slowly, sometimes you can hear in the synth sound that the cutoff frequency has “jumped”, but it’s not that bad. Is there a solution to prevent this jump?
