Hello! So I have my Polymoon hooked up via trs to the omni port on my MC6, everything midi wise is working but it creates a loud hum and a kind of digital cracking noise whenever I have it hooked up this way. I’m wondering if I just need to buy a midi box for it or is there something I’m not doing right, again all the midi functionality works when hooked up this way it just creates that noise until I unplug the trs cable, thanks for any help!

that’s probably a ground loop.
The easiest way to solve this would be to cut the connection to the sleeve on one of the plugs.
How are you powering both units?
