Hi, I’m looking for instruction for setting up MC6mk2 to run the Looper on a Microcosm?
You can build whatever looper interaction you want with their CC controls:

A Press. CC#29. Record
Release CC#28. Play

Press CC#32. Stop
L/Press CC#35. Erase
The three presets are in Looper, but nothing seems to be happening. Thanks
I implemented the looper into the MC6 Pro here:
I’ve uploaded my banks and the EXT (Extended) Bank has all the looper functionality. Feel free to check it out and see how it’d work if that’d help! To port it to the MC6 Mk II, I’d suggest uploading it to the Setlist Manager first just to see what it looks like then transferring the functionality from there.

Erm….Looks like a lot of data. How do I get this into MC6mk2 plz?
So you can open up the MIDI Setlist Manager and upload the Banks from there. There you can see what each of the functionality for each bank does and how it works and potentially port it over the MC6 Mk II. Then once you’re done, you could upload it to your controller and see how it works!
Keep in mind that the MC6 MkII has 2 fewer pages per bank than the MC6 Pro so to see how I’ve fully implemented the Banks to control the Microcosm, I’d initially open it up with the MC6 Pro model. You’ll also see the nice color coding I’ve done for each of the Presets 
P.S. I hadn’t tried this before but it does seem that the banks easily just port to the MC6 Mk II via the Setlist manager right out the box which is pretty neat! Only thing is you’ll be missing some pages like I explained above.

Oh dear… The Microcosm still isn’t playing ball. All the text is present , but no changes are being implemented.
Be sure that the MIDI Channel lines up! I can’t quite recall what channel I had it set to but it may not be 1!

Excellent. I’ve changed the MIDI number and it appears to be working, albeit sporadic. I need to give a bit more time to get my noggin around it. Thanks for uploading!
Is there a way to delete banks/presets? I’m looking to remove my errors…….
Sorry, Perhaps I was being a little vague. I’m looking to remove my previous efforts on the morningstar editor. They appear to be stuck in the bank/preset menu.
Go to one of the empty banks and click “copy bank”, and then paste that bank into the bank you want to erase.
That’s logical. Unfortunately the MS Desktop Editor did neither, although both present in the menu.
have you downloaded the most recent version of the desktop editor? It’s not rebuilt as often as just going to editor.morningstar.io .
Updated but no change. I removed them manually in the end. Thanks anyway. Would you know of any Strymon Presets I could possibly download? It’s for the Volante in particular. I’m hoping to get the looper working on it. Thanks G
