Larger "Custom Bank Sequence" target box in the Editor's Bank Arrangement screen

I have a simple feature request: Enlarge the “target” region on the right side so that it’s full length and doesn’t require scrolling mid-drag.

I implemented a workaround via a Chrome extension that overwrites the CSS, but after cleaning up some Chrome bloat and removing the feature I figured I’d make the request as it should be an easy change.
