Issue with preset scroll

Hello,
I have some presets on the MC6 Pro to scroll the presets up and down on my Chroma Console, and another one for my Enzo X.
With the Enzo X, the presets numbers change correctly on the MC6 pro as I press Up or Down, and short press vs long press. etc…
However the actual presets on my Enzo X do not change at all.

With the Chroma, it is opposite : the MC6 Pro is stuck on Preset 1 in the display, but the presets are changed correctly by short press up and down. Long press however is not doing anything except UP or Down by 1.

I have exactly the same messages for both, except the counter number and the midi channel :

here my messages for Enzo X:

For Chroma :

Any idea why this is not working for both pedals ?
For the Enzo X by the way, it is receiving the Midi from the Chroma which is set up for Midi thru. The Chroma is directly connected to the MC6 Pro TRS3.5 Midi out.
The Enzo DIN out is connected to the MC6 Pro TRS3.5 Midi in. I m using all ONE CONTROL midi cables.

First off, its good to know that there is a new function to scroll pcnumbers. I think its easier to use cause it ommits the counters. Its called Send last pc message +1 or something.

I think the screenshots dont show the problematic area. What placeholder do you use in the preset name? Are the midi channels on your devices set correct. Do you want long press to scroll 2 presets and normal press 1?

Can you send midi messages to both pedals without the use of pc scrolls. So just a regular pc or cc?

Thank you Aiceman !

Here is the snapshot for the preset names :

Regarding your suggestion, you would replace what i had before with just this ? (for instance here is for scrolling down ) :

Indeed, I ca nsend CCs and PCs to the Chroma, no issue. But on the Enzo looks like no communication. But I set up the Chroma console as Midi Thru , so it must be another issue… The midi channel is correctly configured to Channel 3 on the Enzo, so i dont know what else i should watch out

Yes the send last and increase replaces the other stuff. For the preset name placeholder you use %P# where I believe # is the midi channel you are scrolling on.

It seems that you use the same counter values in the preset name for both pedals. The number after %E defines which scroll counter it should display.

Since no midi is send to the enzo, it seems that this is a whole other problem. Is the enzo connected via din from midi thru of the chroma? Is the midi channel for the enzo configured to send midi over 5pin din?

I read you first post again and see that you connect the chroma via trs midi. Make sure you also configure midi chanel 3 for the enzo to send midi over trs, otherwise, it wont route through your Chroma. Especially with midi thru, I prefer to use 5 pin midi. I am not sure if trs midi thru works as reliable.

The Enzo seems to have an unconventional midi routing , which needs to be configured in the mc6pro. If the choma has a different midi configuration, midi over tip vs midi over ring, I can imagine midi thru is an issue. Look on this forum for posts on how to get the Enzo working. Or send one my way and I ll gladly test it. (Just kidding)

Bottomline, i dont think you have a message scroll issue. For the chroma you have a mistake in the preset name placeholder. And for the enzo the midi out of mc6pro is probably not configured correct and I wonder if you can get it to work via midi thru of the chroma at all, since there config seems to be different.

Thanks a lot, you solved my Chroma preset scroll pb and enzo issue (midi channel setting with TRS 3.5) ! Thank you Aiceman!
