Is it possible to use the controller to adjust the midi clock?

Hi, new user here. Is it possible to fine tune the tempo after tapping on the MC6 Pro itself? For example, I want a tempo of 90 bpm, and I tap 85 bpm. Is there a way to use the controller to bump it up to 90, or do I need to use the editor to do that?

One way would be to invoke the MIDI clock menu:

In the menu, you can adjust the clock up or down.

Or, program a preset to increase/decrease the MIDI clock:

That second option is exactly what I’m looking for. Thanks!

I’ve set preset A to tap tempo and that works, but I’m not having any luck with increasing the tempo. I set B to increase midi clock by 1 when I press it (type is set to “utility”), but nothing happens when I press B. The preset appears to have been saved because the short name I chose appears on the controller.

The only thing that happens when I press B is that the colour of the bpm as indicated on the screen changes from red with a record symbol beside it to black with no symbol. That seems to save the tapped bpm. Pushing any preset button has the same effect.

The presets are saved in bank one.

It’s not as simple as this is it? Certain Functions Are Not Working

Unfortunately it isn’t. I checked and I don’t have that setting on, and the issue persists when I have the controller disconnected from the editor and my computer. Thanks for the tip, though. I learned something new.
