I am trying to do a simple preset on/off for my HX One
if i leave the first PC, pressing the switch goes straight to the preset in the ON mode.
however when i try to add a toggle for OFF (msg 2)
Msg 1 now goes to the preset in OFF mode. which is not what i want
i have been messing around with toggle mode but the closest i get is pressing twice to turn off and twice again to turn on.
Any advice very much appreciated. I have found a video on youtueb that shows to set up each preset but nothing to disengage the same preset.

You’re misunderstanding how toggle mode works, and you also need to assign a Pos setting to each message. Pos 1 is the default state (usually the Off state) and Pos 2 is the active state. However, note that the Position is the state FROM WHICH the message is executed….NOT the state you wish to enter.
I have tried the position 1 & 2 thing
It works fine for switching the current preset on and off but there is a 3rd step (recalling preset 00 from any other preset)
So for example if I am on preset 00 it will toggle on and off
But if I am using preset 23 I need it to go to 00 “On” and next press be 00 “off”
Would I need 3 commands?
