Getting desperate with my MC6 Pro ... Cant make it work

Hi there,
I m new to MIDI and unfortunately completely unable to make my MC6 PRO work as i intended it… The interface of the online editor is great, but still i feel there are some basic settings that require a basic understanding that i dont have and thats probably why its not working.

Here s how my pedalboard is set up :

MC6 PRO 5DIN out to HYDRA 4X IN
MC6 PRO 5 DIN IN to HYDRA 4X OUT

MC6 PRO 3.5 OUT to Chroma Console IN
Chroma Console OUT to Meris ENZO X IN
Meris ENZO X OUT to MC6 PRO 3.5 IN

Chroma is set up as MIDI THRU MODE

All cables are ONE CONTROL cables, and no adapters are used.

CHROMA is channel 1
HYDRA 4X channel 2
ENZO X channel 3

I can get my MC6 pro to communicate with the HYDRA 4X but neither with CC nor ENZO X : CCs dont do anything, and PCs dont do anything. (therefore Not able to engage/bypass these pedals for instance.)

Is my connection setup wrong ? In the controller settings is there something i need to do ? For instance in MIDI THRU settings ?

What adaptor are you using to connect the 3.5MM MIDI OUT to the 5pin Chroma Console? How is it wired? There are different wirings (Type A, Type B) for 3.5mm to 5pin MIDI cables.

Try connecting the Chroma Console to the HYDRA MIDI OUT and see if it works?

Hello James,
thx for your feedback !
I find out the issue : i used the midi dictiuonary for the bypass/engage commands of the enzo x and CC, and thought that by selecting ‘Bypass’ command, the editor was selecting the value to bypass, while by default it selected 127 (but bypass value is 0). So it s my misunderstanding. I need to make sure the values. Sorry for this…
