Tried to do a full data dump twice today. The editor stops at 768 packets and does not appear to finish. I’ve waited several minutes and it does not continue. iMac Catalina 10.15.7 and Running 3.8.8. firmware on the MC-8.
Ideas?
Hi! Is it the web editor or desktop editor that you are using? What is the editor version shown at the bottom of the page?
Can you try restarting Chrome if on the web editor ( and just make sure there is only one editor page loaded ) and see if it helps?
It’s the weirdest thing James. 4 times in a row it would stop at 768 packets. I went for a break, came back, and tried a 5th time and it ran all the way! I dunno… Its the desktop editor James. Editor version says “Editor v1.1.5”.
Thanks for the update. I have experienced this before in the past, and I believe we fixed something related to this issue in the later updates on the web editor (v1.1.5A/B). When we release v1.1.6, we’ll publish a new version of the desktop editor.
