Just purchased a new ML10X to go with my MC8. When I connect it via USB-C cable to my Mac Studio, it powers up and runs through the start up process, but is not recognized by the firmware updater. I also can’t connect any editors for the ML10X. any suggestions? thanks Sean
I’m running an M4 Mac Studio. Sequoia 15.5. I’ve tried the tac switch pressing while connect and no change. MC8 connects fine. thanks.
Found the issue. Needs to connect directly to a USB-C port in the mac and not a USC-A port.
