[Feature Request] Editor Quick Actions

There are two things that I think would make the editing experience much faster.

1. Keyboard shortcuts:

  • Cmd/Ctrl + S to save
  • Cmd/Ctrl + Down - Bank Down
  • Cmd/Ctrl + Up - Bank Up
  • Cmd/Ctrl + Left - Previous Preset
  • Cmd/Ctrl + Right - Next Preset

2. Make the “Save Preset” button always accessible.

With longer presets you have to scroll all the way back up to the top of the page when you want to save. Would love to see a fixed “Save Preset” button.

This could be done by adding a new button in the main header that is only visible once you scroll past the existing button.

Hi… some shortcuts exist. Search “Hot Keys” in Editor User Guide (Version 1.3.6)

The idea of having the save preset button always visible is a great one.

Yes, there are some hot-keys available

Only one is not yet documented:
Ctrl + S Save Preset

The currently documented Shift + Enter also works.

We can look into fixing the position of the Save Preset button when the page is scrolled.

For whatever it’s worth, I’m used to using the command key and not control key on Mac as the meta key when applying keyboard modifiers

Sorry for the misinfo.

Yes, on macOS it is CMD+S
Windows is Ctrl-S
