[Feature Request](Editor): Filter Msg List by Action Type

Some users will use action types to give a single preset many functions. It can be difficult to see which messages are related to each, or at-a-glance, to get a full accounting of what a particular action does, ex “Double Tap”.

The message list can already be filtered by Midi channel, and toggle position. Both are quite useful. I would like to be able to filter by Action type as well.

Acceptance Criteria:

• When using the Controller Editor, I should be able to filter the message list by Action Type
